Electromagnetic Interference

Each Basic Attack increases the caster the Speed by 3% for 4 sec, stacking up to 4 times. The accumulated Attack Speed buff will disappear when switching targets. After attacking the same target 4 times, the target will be imprisoned in situ. When the target enemy is inflicted with the debuff and prohibited from moving, the Basic Attacks will be replaced by the electrical current, dealing 162% ATK DMG.
High Voltage damage increased to 178%.
High Voltage damage increased to 194%.
High Voltage damage increased to 210%.
EX: When casting a lightning attack, inflicts an additional 33% ATK of DMG.

Bolt of Lightning

Summon a lightning bolt that deals 205% of its damage to the target enemy
Damage dealt to target enemy is increased to 226%.
Damage dealt to target enemy is increased to 247%.
EX: Bolt of Lightning inflicts a 60% bonus ATK of DMG.

Electromagnetic Overload

For each enemy hero killed in battle, Lightning Arhat increases its speed by 5% . Lasts 6 seconds. Superposition. If Lightning Arhat kills, it permanently increases its speed by 5% . Stacks up to 100%
Speed gain is increased to 6%
Speed gain is increased to 7%
EX: When the speed bonus exceed 40%, the percentage of bonus speed above 40% will be converted to the same percentage as damage.
